I'm on my phone headed up the stairs and this joker comes close toward me, coming down the stairs, and touches my ASS! I hang up with my sister turn around in shock and without thinking twice I flip on my phone and take his portrait. He thinks I'm going to talk to him so he turns around and points to his wrist like he needs the time. I get the shot and shake my head at him. NO! BAD!
