Onion and Wine infused Pork Patties with Mushroom Cherry sauce over Quinoa

Recipe, sort of, I invent things, so play with it.

First I went to Whole Foods and bought a couple pounds of grass fed organic ground pork. Out of it made two patties and put some chopped onion inside. Smothered in olive oil, rosemary, salt, pepper, and marinated in wine 2-3 hours. Then bake in the oven on 400 for about 45 minutes.

Sauce-Michigan cherries (I used California, but I think Michigan would be best) (and take the pits out!!), mini bella mushrooms, chopped onions. Take the chopped ingredients and sautee in chicken broth, olive oil, and a good red cooking wine. Thicken up the sauce with some flour and season to taste. Add butter if you want.

Then make your Quinoa or Rice is fine too.
