Another Day in my 20's: go toward the 30's Jessica

Well, the new haircut is quite refreshing. I must say, I feel more like myself. I took a picture of Maggie Gyllenhal into the stylist and she did exactly what I wanted. I said "give me the haircut, the attitude, the wits, the humor, the kindness, the realness, the sexiness. give me all of her." The women rapidly cut my hair. She cut one piece: self doubt. Then she cut another: baggage. Then another: dead weight. Before I knew it my head looked...balanced, appropriately sized to my body, and fashionable. She gave me the whole package. Or got me back to a place where I feel most like myself. I think Maggie and I have a lot in common. But the cut really sealed the deal.
