A Wee Tired

Well, today was the last day of my training. I met a lot of parents and kids. It was quite eventful. I'll be walking into some messy things and some really great things. All in all, I'm excited to take on the new job and I"m headng into my office tomorrow just to get a head start and decorate and clean a bit. I'm super psyched to help run the place and I love the feel and the dancers and the music and the directors of the program. My first big duty will be coordinating the Nutcracker. OH BOY. I think I can do it. But OH BOY. Ballet Chicago reminds me A LOT of The Elkhart Civic Theatre back home. It feels very at home, something resonates. I belong in a place like this and I feel very fortunate to have stumbled upon the opportunity.
